John has had a long association with FIABCI International and was part of the Organizing Committee group who organised the successful World Congress in Dublin, Ireland in 1997. He was President of the Irish Chapter in 1994/95. Professionally, he has vast experience in the Leisure Property Sector, specializing in the hotel and licensed property sectors and and is a Sole Practitioner as an Auctioneer and Valuer in his native Dublin. In addition to his standard practice he is a qualified Arbitrator specializing in Landlord & Tenant disputes, rent reviews and probate valuations
